About the Role
The Sr. Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives will play a central role in coordinating and executing Lucid’s key strategic priorities across Europe.
Working closely with the President & Managing Director Europe, the European Leadership Team, functional leaders, and global stakeholders, you will help connect strategy with execution, bring structure to complex initiatives, and ensure priorities move forward with clear ownership and accountability.

You will serve as a central point of coordination between European leadership, functional teams, and global stakeholders, translating priorities into clear plans, decision-ready materials, and measurable deliverables.
In your first year, success will mean establishing a consistent planning and reporting cadence, improving visibility into strategic priorities, and ensuring that key European initiatives progress with clear ownership, governance, and accountability.
This is an opportunity to work at the center of Lucid’s European organization and directly influence how regional priorities are shaped, communicated, and delivered.
The role is ideal for someone who is structured, proactive and pragmatic, and who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
