About Lucid

At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid’s proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our “Compromise Nothing™” approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.

We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.

About the Team

The Logistics team enables reliable material flow across Lucid’s warehouse, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate operations. The team coordinates inventory, transportation, shipping, receiving, and internal delivery so materials are available where and when they are needed. Team members work across functions in a fast-moving environment where safety, inventory accuracy, documentation quality, and responsive service directly support operational performance. The group combines hands-on warehouse execution with data, systems, and continuous improvement to strengthen the broader logistics network.

About the Role

This coordinator-level role reports to a Logistics Manager and exists to provide consistent day-to-day control of material movements, inventory transactions, and shipping and receiving activities. The Logistics Coordinator closes execution and visibility gaps between suppliers, warehouses, carriers, manufacturing teams, engineering partners, and internal customers. During the first 12 months, this person will own accurate logistics documentation, timely material flow, dependable system transactions, and responsive resolution of inventory and shipment issues. Success will be demonstrated through safe execution, traceable records, improved inventory accuracy, reliable order and delivery performance, and effective support of audits and operational priorities. The role offers direct exposure to the logistics network supporting advanced electric-vehicle manufacturing, with the opportunity to influence both hands-on warehouse execution and the processes, data, and systems that shape operational performance.

What You Own

Material Flow: Coordinate daily inbound, outbound, internal transfer, will-call, and order-fulfillment activity so materials reach the correct destination safely and on schedule.

Shipping Accuracy: Verify material, quantities, condition, labeling, packaging, and shipment readiness, and resolve discrepancies before receipt or release.

Documentation Control: Own accurate, complete, and traceable bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, delivery records, receiving records, inventory records, and related system transactions.

Inventory Integrity: Investigate shortages, inventory variances, and system issues; identify root causes; and implement practical corrective actions that improve record accuracy.

Operational Alignment: Coordinate with internal customers, logistics teams, carriers, suppliers, manufacturing, and engineering to prioritize requirements and address material-flow constraints.

Process Improvement: Use operational data, dashboards, and frontline observations to implement improvements that strengthen delivery performance, space utilization, productivity, and cost control.

Safe Operations: Maintain a safe, orderly work environment; operate authorized material-handling equipment; report hazards; and uphold required procedures, PPE standards, and 6S expectations.
