Our Values

If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

Who You Are

As our Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll be the strategic lead bridging marketing with our Alliances and Integrations teams. You’re a strategist—designing partnerships with marketing at the center, ensuring our brand shows up powerfully, and driving coordinated delivery across the organization.

You thrive on building scalable systems and repeatable processes. You're comfortable working with ambiguity and bringing clarity through data-driven insights and strategic thinking. You see gaps in how work gets done and take initiative to improve processes. You communicate complex partnership dynamics in clear, simple terms, and you're equally at home discussing channel strategy with executives or optimizing a campaign workflow with marketing ops.

You’ll own two core areas

  • Alliance Partnerships – Work alongside our Alliances team to represent marketing in strategic partner deals. You’ll ensure brand and positioning requirements are built into contracts, oversee marketing’s representation on partner channels, and coordinate cross-functional delivery when deals close.
  • Technology Integrations – Drive programs that attract developers and tech partners to build on our platform. Manage co-marketing initiatives, coordinate promotional campaigns with partners, and build the marketing strategy to position Justworks as an attractive partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Alliances

  • Partner with the Alliances team early in deal cycles to identify marketing requirements and opportunities
  • Establish marketing contract terms, brand guidelines, and co-branding standards with strategic partners
  • Oversee Justworks’ presence on partner surfaces—websites, app stores, integrations marketplaces, and co-marketing materials
  • Coordinate go-to-market execution across marketing when new partnerships launch
  • Track partner marketing performance, ROI, and renewal signals to inform strategic decisions

Integrations

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy to attract technology partners and developers to our platform
  • Design co-marketing programs and promotional campaigns that drive partner adoption and customer discovery
  • Oversee partner marketing assets—integration docs, case studies, webinars, API marketing collateral—to position partners for success
  • Build relationships with key tech partners to ensure their marketing needs are understood and met
  • Collaborate with product, partnerships, and sales to align on roadmap priorities and integration marketing lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You don’t just design strategy—you can roll up your sleeves and ensure it gets implemented. You bridge silos naturally.
  • Partnership marketing expertise. You have 7+ years in B2B/SaaS environments, with proven success in alliance marketing, partner programs, developer ecosystems, or integration strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management. You’re comfortable navigating competing priorities between Alliances, Integrations, Marketing, and Sales teams. You communicate impact in business terms.
  • Go-to-market experience. You’ve owned or significantly contributed to partner GTM planning, asset creation, campaign execution, and measurement.
  • Comfort with complexity. You can track and manage multiple partner relationships and integrations simultaneously without losing strategic focus.
