Experience Without Limits

Come shape the future of brand experience.

At Jack Morton, we design and build head-turning, smile-inducing, impact-driving brand experiences that redefine what experiential marketing can achieve. We help our clients unlock the full value of experiences by turning bold ideas into meaningful connections.

That takes a team that's bold, curious, and acts as one. We build on each other's ideas, challenge conventions, and show up for one another every day. Here, you'll do your best work, grow quickly, and partner across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life.

This is a place where curiosity drives what’s next, boldness raises the bar, and every win is shared. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the passion and talent of the people behind it.

Experience without limits—in your work, your growth, and your impact.

**Must be able to work onsite at our location in Oakville, Ontario**

At Jack Morton, we create extraordinary brand experiences that connect, inspire, and endure. Behind every immersive environment is a team of skilled makers and problem-solvers who bring ideas to life. We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate Lead I (Trade Shows & Events) to play a critical role in coordinating, maintaining, and preparing client and rental assets for successful projects.

What you’ll be doing

As an Asset Technician Lead I, you’ll help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly, ensuring client and rental assets are accurately tracked, inspected, organized, and ready to ship while guiding fellow technicians and maintaining quality and safety standards.

  • Coordinate asset pulls, return inspections, restocking, receiving, loading, and offloading
  • Inspect client and rental assets for completeness and readiness; identify damage and report refurbishment needs
  • Read CAD drawings and setup plans to identify assets and components required for custom and rental booth configurations
  • Maintain accurate asset locations, labeling, organization, and designated storage within the warehouse
  • Work independently to meet warehouse production schedules and support efficient asset deployment
  • Operate forklifts, warehouse equipment, and packing tools safely and effectively
  • Help train, coach, and mentor junior Asset Technicians while keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and tour-ready

If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might help if…

  • 2+ years of warehouse experience in a trade show environment; 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent technical education, five or more years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD-based plans and exhibit setup drawings
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse operations, forklifts, material handling, and asset inventory processes
  • Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other digital workplace tools

Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Jack Morton is an equal opportunity employer; we strongly value diversity at our companies. We do not discriminate on race, religion, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
