Who You Are

Qualification Checklist

  • A strong academic background in business, economics, engineering, natural sciences or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, for example in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, a corporate strategy function, a CEO/Executive Office or a similarly demanding environment

What Makes You Successful in This Role

You are not looking for a role where someone hands you a clearly defined task and tells you exactly how to solve it.

A topic might start with a question from the CEO, an upcoming Board meeting or an issue that cuts across several parts of the organization. You are able to structure the problem, identify what information is needed, engage the right people and turn the result into a clear recommendation or decision document.

You are equally comfortable working through an analysis, challenging the storyline of a Board presentation and coordinating a project with senior stakeholders across the company.

You understand that materials for the CEO and Board need to be concise, accurate and decision-oriented. You care about the logic behind a presentation as much as the quality of the slides themselves.

Most importantly, you enjoy taking ownership of difficult problems and working at the center of a fast-growing technology company.
