About Product Strategy.

Product Strategy builds things that solve a problem or provide a benefit to a group of users. This team’s role is to ensure that what we're building strikes a balance between achieving the user goals, business needs, and feasibility. Product helps define the vision, manages the roadmap and backlog, and drives the delivery of features and activities to fulfill that vision.

The role.

Huge is looking for a Director, AI Product Strategy to join the Product Strategy team. In this role, you will help clients identify where AI can create meaningful business value and turn those opportunities into products and experiences that ship.

You will bridge the gap between product management, business strategy, design, and technology, leading multidisciplinary teams from opportunity definition through technical implementation and production. You’ll bring a strong understanding of the broader AI landscape and emerging capabilities, paired with practical experience designing, building, and shipping AI-powered products and experiences.

You will help clients understand how AI can change what they build and how they work, from new product opportunities and customer experiences to more effective ways of delivering complex work. You’ll translate those opportunities into product strategies, technical approaches, prototypes, and working solutions. You’ll operate with the mindset of a forward-deployed engineer, staying close to the technology and building with emerging AI tools while knowing when deeper engineering support is required.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Identify and shape AI opportunities across consumer experiences, products, and complex client operations, connecting emerging capabilities to customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Define product vision, strategy, requirements, and roadmaps for AI-powered products, experiences, and solutions, and own the product lifecycle from discovery through design, technical implementation, and launch.
  • Lead client engagements end to end, owning the product relationship with senior stakeholders and accountability for outcomes.
  • Translate product requirements into technical approaches and architectures, selecting the right models, tools, integrations, data sources, and orchestration patterns.
  • Prototype, build, and iterate working AI solutions using no-code, low-code, APIs, agent frameworks, and emerging AI tools.
  • Design and architect AI-powered and agentic experiences where they create meaningful value, including agents, tools, context, handoffs, human-in-the-loop moments, guardrails, and evaluation.
  • Identify opportunities to rethink products, processes, and workflows where AI, automation, and human judgment can work together more effectively.
  • Define how success is measured, with evaluation frameworks, quality benchmarks, and business KPIs for AI solutions in production.
  • Partner closely with and lead multi-disciplinary teams across Design, Program, Technology, and Client Partnerships to set design direction, resolve technical constraints, iterate on features, and validate feasibility.
  • Mentor product strategists and help build Huge's AI practice, including methods, reusable assets, and internal initiatives.
  • Shape new business by contributing to AI pitches, scoping and estimating engagements, and building the prototypes and points of view that help win work.
  • Serve as a trusted AI advisor and Subject Matter Expert to senior clients, translating complex business and technical requirements into clear strategies, product direction, and executive narratives.

What we’d like to see.

  • Proven experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
  • Deep background as a Product Owner/Manager shipping large-scale, consumer-facing digital products (Web, App, CMS, or Enterprise platforms).
  • Strong understanding of the AI landscape, including LLMs, agents, multimodal AI, automation, AI-native products, and emerging AI tools.
  • Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI products, experiences, and agentic workflows, beyond experimentation or POCs.
