Teams and areas you may support

Depending on confirmed projects and business needs, your internship could align to one or more areas such as:

  • Account management and customer business planning
  • Retail and e-commerce sales
  • Sales operations and analytics
  • Category and shelf strategy
  • Trade planning and promotions
  • Business development and new channels

Examples of what you may work on

Depending on your placement, you may:

  • Analyze sell-in, sell-through, inventory and retail data to spot trends and opportunities.
  • Support account plans, line reviews, sell-in presentations or promotional calendars for key customers.
  • Build reports, dashboards or recaps that make sales performance and next steps clear.
  • Research retailers, channels, competitors or shopper behaviour and summarize recommendations.
  • Partner with Marketing, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain and customer teams to bring plans to market.
  • Help improve a sales process, forecast or customer experience.

What you bring

You are currently enrolled in a university degree program in Business, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Retail Management or a related degree program.

  • Commercial curiosity and interest in how products reach retailers, partners and fans.
  • Analytical thinking and comfort turning data into a clear recommendation.
  • Clear communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentation tools or customer relationship management systems is helpful.

Work samples: No portfolio is required. Relevant analysis, case competitions, student organizations or coursework may be highlighted.

Who can apply

  • You are currently enrolled in an accredited university degree program and will remain enrolled for at least one academic term after completing the internship. Undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to apply.
  • We generally prioritize students entering the final year of their degree after the internship. Students at other eligible stages, including those with approximately two academic years remaining, are also encouraged to apply. Eligibility is based on program stage, not age.
  • You can commit to the full program schedule and work model for the assigned location.
