About Hasbro

Hasbro creates joy and community through the magic of play. Across Hasbro, Wizards of the Coast and our partner network, teams bring iconic brands and new ideas to life through games, toys, entertainment and experiences.

Teams and areas you may support

Depending on confirmed projects and business needs, your co-op could align to one or more areas such as:

  • Product development project management
  • Program and portfolio coordination
  • Creative or marketing operations
  • Digital product and technology delivery
  • Process improvement and change initiatives
  • Risk, schedule and dependency management

Our first confirmed placement is on a Project Engineering team; other placements may open depending on business needs.

Depending on your placement, you may:

  • Build and maintain project plans, milestones, trackers and clear status updates.
  • Coordinate meetings, decisions, deliverables and dependencies across teams.
  • Identify risks or blockers early, gather context and help teams move toward solutions.
  • Turn complex information into concise actions, timelines and stakeholder communications.
  • Analyze a workflow or delivery challenge and recommend a practical improvement.
  • Support concept development, prototyping, product testing and manufacturing debug alongside engineers.
  • Create product specification packages that define content, functionality, and cost and delivery targets.
  • Support retrospectives, documentation and repeatable ways of working.

  • Ability to communicate information effectively with different audiences, including asking clarifying questions.
  • Ability to prioritize, adapt and make progress when information is incomplete.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentation tools or project-management platforms is helpful.

Work samples: No portfolio is required. You may share a class, club, work or community project that shows how you organized people and work.

Who can apply

  • You are currently enrolled in an accredited university degree program and will remain enrolled for at least one academic term after completing the co-op. Eligibility is based on program stage, not age.
