Fospha - Partnerships Manager
About us
Fospha is the measurement system enterprise retail and ecommerce brands run their business on. We give marketing teams one clear, daily view of what's actually working — across every channel and everywhere they sell, from their website to Amazon and TikTok Shop — down to the level of a single ad or piece of creative. It replaces guesswork and gut feel with a number marketing, finance and agencies can all trust and act on.
Brands including Dyson, Gymshark, and Lululemon use Fospha up to 25 times a day to decide where budget should move next. We've spent over a decade building this, with more than $40 billion in marketing spend now optimised through the platform — and we're scaling fast across London, Mumbai and Austin.
The opportunity
We're hiring a Senior Partner Manager to own our relationships with platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, and to turn those relationships into better experiences for our customers, plus pipeline and revenue.
Partnerships is a core part of how Fospha grows. Partner Managers own relationships with large platforms, plan and chair meetings with their senior leaders, and are accountable for the revenue that comes through those partners. You'll get regular exposure to senior stakeholders and coaching from our leadership team.
The role
As a Partner Manager, you'll combine relationship management, lead generation, partner development and enterprise sales. You'll own a portfolio of Fospha's platform partners, which may include Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap and emerging platforms. You'll set the account strategy, generate pipeline with and through your partners, and close deals that grow revenue. You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Teams and Finance, and you'll coach and direct our Partnerships Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Generating pipeline with your partners by working with platform sales teams to identify, qualify and win joint opportunities
- Selling Fospha into enterprise brands alongside your partners, from first conversation to close
- Owning day-to-day and strategic relationships with your partners, from marketing science teams to senior sales leadership
- Planning and chairing quarterly business reviews and executive meetings with senior leaders at your partners
- Developing new partners by researching, approaching and building relationships with emerging and long-tail platforms
- Building account plans with clear goals, joint initiatives and revenue targets, and reporting on pipeline, performance and ROI
- Negotiating and managing partner agreements and commercial models, working with Finance and Legal
- Enabling partner sales and marketing teams through decks, talking points, training sessions and joint client programmes
- Coordinating joint-client initiatives such as benchmarking, deep dives and co-funded programmes with Account Managers and Product
- Sharing partner insight with Product to shape how Fospha fits partner priorities
- Coaching and directing Partnerships Executives in your territory
- Using Gen AI and our internal tools to find smarter ways of working
