The Role
In this role, you'll own the full lifecycle of creative projects from brief to final delivery across a high-volume, fast-turnaround marketing calendar. That means always knowing what the team is working on, what's coming next, and what's realistically achievable. You'll be the person stakeholders trust for a straight answer, and the person the creative team trusts to protect their time.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end management of creative projects, delivering on time and on brief across the campaign calendar.
- Own brief intake: review incoming requests and ensure every brief arrives complete and ready for action.
- Build and maintain the studio schedule, resourcing the team against live and forecast demand.
- Assign work thoughtfully, with clear direction, deadlines, and context.
- Keep project tracking and timelines accurate in Airtable and the rest of the studio toolset, so the whole team can rely on them.
- Review deliverables for quality, brand consistency, and inclusion of legal, regulatory, and responsible gaming requirements.
- Own the creative relationship with brand, marketing, media, product, and social teams.
- Manage approvals across creative leads, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders — driving timely sign-off and keeping an auditable record.
- Manage freelance and agency onboarding, POs, and invoicing alongside the Director, Creative Operations.
- Champion AI-assisted production and workflow tools where they add speed without compromising quality or compliance.
What You Bring
- 4+ years in creative project management, creative operations, digital production, or marketing operations.
- Ability to build strong relationships with the multiple teams, including the creative, brand, marketing, external partners and wider stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows and production processes, ideally within an in-house studio.
- Proven ability to run a high-volume pipeline across multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Proficiency with Airtable, Figma, Google Workspace, and Slack, with a real instinct for process improvement.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — across versions, approvals, specs, and deadlines.
- A calm, direct communicator who can hold a line with senior stakeholders while keeping the relationship strong.
