HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT

Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Partner with head office functions — including warehouse, marketing, and operations teams — to align on replenishment schedules, product launches, and peak trading priorities such as match days and key events.

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and reforecast sales budgets, and work cross-functionally to ensure store plans reflect business-wide objectives.

People Leadership:

• Manage, motivate, and inspire the retail team across multiple sites, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous development.

• Identify and close skill gaps through targeted coaching, development planning, and succession planning to build a pipeline of capable, fan-focused retail talent.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

• Champion a culture of exceptional customer service across all stores, ensuring every fan interaction reflects the highest standards of care and engagement.

• Drive best-in-class visual merchandising consistently across sites, maintaining outstanding store presentation at all times.

• Monitor and act on mystery shopper results, using insights to continuously raise the bar on customer experience and service quality.

• Optimise use of floor space and product placement to enhance the fan shopping experience and maximise sales potential.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

• Identify and implement best practices for stockroom management and operational efficiency across all retail locations.

• Leverage sales data, KPI trends, and footfall insights to make informed decisions on floor space allocation, staffing, and trading adjustments.

• Work with the marketing team to execute product launches, events, POS activity, and promotional campaigns with precision and creativity.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, reduce loss, and enhance the overall performance of the retail operation.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

• Take full ownership of store-related costs, driving profitability by managing payroll within budget and minimising all areas of loss.

• Implement and enforce strict stock loss prevention procedures and ensure all cash handling policies are adhered to rigorously.

• Conduct four full store audits per year and carry out regular security checks to protect business assets and ensure compliance.

• Take responsibility for all aspects of in-store security, including oversight of subcontracted security personnel, till activity monitoring, and loss prevention across the estate.
