  • Lead quarterly business reviews with internal and external executive leadership.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships within merchant organizations, from C-suite executives to individual contributors.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and adoption of new product features across your book of business.
  • Manage promotional strategy and marketing development budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Risk, Analytics, Marketing, Product, Operations) to support merchant growth.
  • Gather customer feedback and convey market needs to inform product roadmaps and features.
  • Author long-term business plans, thinking at a deeply strategic level about optimization and growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of experience owning customer relationships in a dynamic startup environment and/or management consulting.
  • A talent for breaking down complex problems and translating high-level goals into relevant, actionable plans.
  • In-depth understanding of value drivers in revenue share business models.
  • Strong executive presence and a proven ability to engage C-level executives and senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent business acumen, presentation skills, sound decision-making, and strong analytical skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proven project and program management experience, with a strong understanding of phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Experience with eCommerce, FinTech, and analytics/reporting tools (Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, Shopify, SFRA, etc.) is a plus.

Travel: Estimated 15-20% travel to client sites and other locations as needed.
