We are looking for an Emirati Commercial Account Executive. This is a role based in Dubai, UAE, supporting our Kuwait business. Your role will consist of supporting the SMB Team Account Managers with their portfolio of managed accounts, in collaboration with the SMB Team lead. In addition, you will support the wider commercial team by gathering and working with data, including any projects, sprints, and campaigns.

The SMB team manages a portfolio of partners and moves fast. You'll be the person who makes that speed possible. You'll create the views that break complex data and content into something clear, so Account Managers know where to act and what to fix, and can spend their time on the conversations that matter.

You'll work alongside the SMB Team Lead and the Account Managers, and support the wider commercial team on projects, sprints, and campaigns where good data decides the outcome.

What You’ll Be Doing

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like

Create views that help the team move fast and turn complex information into clear next steps
Support Account Managers with day-to-day partner operations, menus, and growth strategies
Keep partner records accurate and up to standard, because great decisions start with data you can trust
Support commercial strategy projects, from data entry and analysis to execution
Pull, read, and manipulate data to find insights that drive action, with backing from the SMB Team Lead
Gather and work with data across projects, sprints, and campaigns for the wider commercial team

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

This role is open only to UAE Nationals
UAE passport & Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid) holder
BSc/BA in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or formula-based tools
Self-starter capable of driving themselves to their targets and objectives every month
A fantastic communicator with a "get it done" mindset, well-organised and efficient
Looker and Power BI experience are a plus
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
Analytically driven and comfortable turning raw data into business-critical insights
Someone who enjoys making things faster and simpler
Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take initiative with guidance.
