Integrate modern AI-assisted creation and editing tools (e.g., AI video generation, automated voice/subtitle generation, smart reframing, AI audio restoration) to optimize production speed and creative output.

Maintain technical quality control across video formats, resolutions, localization, and technical specifications for diverse digital platforms.

Agency Direction & Shoot Management

Direct production agencies, creative vendors, freelance crews, and sound/lighting technicians during on-site or studio shoots, ensuring vision execution, quality control, and schedule adherence.

Act as an on-set lead or hands-on camera/audio operator for smaller, agile internal video projects as needed.

Oversee agency scope-of-work (SOW), production budgets, vendor selection, rights management, and asset delivery schedules.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work seamlessly with regional and global communications leadership to adapt global video assets for the Taiwan market and elevate Taiwan’s operational stories globally.

Brief, prepare, and direct corporate executives, operational employees, and external partners during interview shoots, ensuring authentic and engaging performances.
