Who Connecteam is:

Connecteam is the leading platform for managing deskless teams, trusted by over 80,000 businesses worldwide.

We built Connecteam for real operators - the people running shifts, jobs, and teams across stores and sites. The kind of work that doesn’t happen behind a desk, and doesn’t have time for messy spreadsheets, scattered group chats, or tools that don’t talk to each other.

Connecteam brings daily operations and team communication into one intuitive app - from hiring and scheduling to training, tasks, and day-to-day coordination. It gives teams the clarity and control to run the day, shift after shift, job after job.

Backed by $220M+ from Insight Partners, Stripes, and Tiger Global, Connecteam is rapidly expanding worldwide - empowering frontline teams to work smarter, stay connected, and operate with greater efficiency.

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Website Product Manager with a strong foundation in website management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience leading digital projects and will play a critical role in shaping our long-term web strategy, optimizing user journeys, and scaling our digital infrastructure to drive engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic website management

  • Help shape and evolve the long-term website strategy as a core marketing and business asset.
  • Planning the website architecture and content structure strategically to reflect our evolving brand and product complexity.
  • Playing a significant role in defining the quarterly roadmap of website projects, aligning with business priorities, product launches, and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Identify key opportunities for website expansion, reorganization, and modularity to support ongoing growth and cross-functional scalability.
  • Manage all website operations across structure, performance, content, and UX.
  • Define and implement scalable processes for website project intake, prioritization, execution, and QA.

CRO and Performance Optimization

  • Conducting deep website performance analysis and gaining insights to improvements.
  • Plan and execute A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve conversion paths across the site.

Technical Ownership and Risk Management

  • Maintain and continuously optimize the WordPress CMS, infrastructure, and performance (page speed, mobile, accessibility).
  • Ensure site architecture supports SEO best practices, schema, structured data, and crawlability.
  • Anticipate technical and operational risks, support troubleshooting, and ensure scalability for future needs.

Innovation and Emerging Technologies

  • Evaluate, test, and integrate emerging AI tools and modern web technologies to enhance site capabilities, streamline content workflows, and maintain a cutting-edge digital experience.

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years in website management or digital product ownership within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in leading strategic website projects that span UX, content, and infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of WordPress, including plugins, custom templates, and integrations.
  • Strong grasp of conversion rate optimization, user journeys, and website performance metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of data-informed decision-making.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, with the ability to scope and review development needs.
  • Comfortable managing cross-functional web projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Experience working with SEO, page speed optimization, and front-end best practices.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage end-to-end product lifecycles, and drive initiatives forward with minimal managerial oversight.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a strong ownership bias to identify opportunities, navigate ambiguity, and solve complex problems creatively.
