CareDx is a leading precision medicine diagnostics company advancing care in transplant, specialty oncology, and cell therapy. Through our innovative portfolio of molecular diagnostics, digital health solutions, AI-powered data and analytics, and patient support services, we partner with healthcare providers, patients, and biopharma organizations to help inform clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes.

At CareDx, every employee has the opportunity to contribute to innovations that help transform patient care and improve lives.

The Cell Therapy Account Manager is responsible for driving adoption and volume growth of the CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, including AlloHeme and associated molecular testing and digital solutions. Focusing primarily on blood and marrow transplant centers, cell therapy programs, hematology-oncology practices, and academic medical centers, the Cell Therapy Account Manager will educate providers on the clinical value of AlloHeme, support implementation of new testing programs, and drive ongoing utilization through strategic account management.

The Cell Therapy Account Manager will coordinate and collaborate with Clinical Liaisons, Medical Affairs, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Sales Operations to develop and execute account-specific growth strategies. Successful candidates are consultative sellers with strong clinical aptitude, strategic account management skills, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations with multiple stakeholders and approval processes. This role reports directly to the National Sales Director, Cell Therapy & Transplant

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, clinical workflows, operational challenges, and organizational objectives. Identify opportunities to expand adoption of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant solutions and develop account-specific strategies to drive utilization and long-term growth.

Work with clinical liaisons and customer stakeholders to establish ordering, reporting, sample logistics, and operational workflows. Help customers navigate institutional review and approval processes required for adoption.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive adoption, increase market penetration, expand the CareDx footprint, and achieve commercial objectives. Effectively prioritize opportunities and resources to maximize territory performance.

Contracting & Business Development

Managing the Sales Pipeline

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and territory business plan. Forecast opportunities, track implementation milestones, monitor utilization trends, and provide regular business updates on territory performance.
