At Breeze, we're building the AI-powered infrastructure layer for global commerce, making it radically simpler for businesses to sell, get paid, and operate across markets.
We go far beyond traditional payment processing. Breeze combines global payments, AI, stablecoins, and a Merchant of Record-like model to take on the complexity businesses typically manage themselves, including compliance, risk, fraud, chargebacks, reconciliation, and customer support.
Our goal is simple: let businesses focus on building and selling great products while Breeze handles the complexity behind getting paid.
Backed by Sequoia Capital, Multicoin Capital, and The Chainsmokers, Breeze is a successful, rapidly growing, and exceptionally well-capitalized company. We have the runway to think long term while remaining early enough that every person joining today can have a meaningful impact on what we build.
We are hiring a Product Manager, Pay-ins to join our team in Singapore!
As our Product Manager, Pay-ins, you'll own the products that move money from customers to merchants. With Breeze acting as Merchant of Record, your work will span two core areas: real-time card payment transactions and merchant settlement, from the moment a customer makes a payment to the moment the merchant receives their funds.
Reporting to our CTO, you'll work very closely with our founding PM, as well as Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and leadership, to turn complex payment flows into reliable products. This is a hands-on role with room to shape the roadmap, make meaningful product decisions, and see your work directly impact the businesses running on Breeze.
We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, wants meaningful ownership, and is excited to build rather than simply maintain.
What You'll Do
- Own the Pay-ins product lifecycle: Lead discovery, requirements, delivery, and iteration across payment acceptance and merchant settlement.
- Build core payment experiences: Improve how payments across cards, APMs, and crypto are initiated, processed, and tracked, with a focus on payment success, reliability, and a smooth checkout experience.
- Shape merchant settlement: Build capabilities that help merchants receive funds accurately and on time across different fund flows, payment methods, and regions, with clear visibility into settlement status and payment activity.
- Stay close to users and operations: Understand merchant needs and operational pain points, and turn them into clear requirements and practical solutions.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design: Navigate technical trade-offs, scope solutions, and ship improvements across customer-facing experiences and the systems behind them.
- Use data to drive decisions: Define success metrics, monitor payment and settlement performance, and identify opportunities to improve.
- Help set the direction: Prioritize the problems that matter most and shape the Pay-ins roadmap as Breeze scales.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, shipping products end to end.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to turn complex workflows into clear, practical product experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive product decisions.
- Comfort working with data, defining metrics, and using insights to prioritize improvements.
- Experience working closely with engineers on technical products and navigating trade-offs.
- A builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and enthusiasm for taking ownership in a fast-moving startup.
- Excited to use AI and automation to work smarter and rethink existing processes.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Singapore.
Nice to Have
- Experience with card processing, APMs, crypto payments, cross-border payments, or merchant settlement. This is a strong plus.
- Experience in payments, especially Merchant of Record, PSP, or cross-border commerce.
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
Why Breeze
- More than payments: We're building an intelligent infrastructure layer across payments, compliance, risk, fraud, chargebacks, reconciliation, and customer support.
