Job Purpose

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead high-performance, feature-driven development teams in building enterprise-level solutions for global brands. Operating with a "Forward Deployed Engineer" (FDE) design focus, you will act as a critical technical authority during the entire project lifecycle, from initial presales and architectural design to rapid MVP prototyping, final delivery, and escalation management. Your goal is to translate complex customer needs, B2B industrial requirements, and emerging Agentforce AI capabilities into robust, scalable technical roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor technical development teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex Salesforce projects.
  • Drive presales activities including RFP responses, effort estimation, technical demos, and client presentations.
  • Provide expert architectural guidance on Salesforce best practices, system integration, and process improvements
  • Take full ownership of technical project health, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve open issues and roadblocks.
  • Apply human-centered solution design, UX journey mapping, and rapid MVP building to prototype and demonstrate technical value quickly.
  • Architect and implement autonomous workflows using Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Atlas Reasoning Engine traces, and connect Agentforce to custom Flows, Apex actions, and external endpoints.
  • Leverage Data Cloud (Data 360), vector indexing, RAG, and the Einstein Trust Layer to ground AI agents securely.
  • Define and oversee the implementation of scalable solutions using the Lightning Framework and Salesforce APIs
  • Monitor Salesforce market trends and emerging features to provide thought leadership and innovative solutioning.
  • Professionalize the development process by aligning team execution with specific customer needs and architectural standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 10 years of enterprise experience in Solution Architecture, Lead Business Analysis, or CRM Product Management with a heavy focus on Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
  • Proven experience operating in multi-entity manufacturing, distribution, or B2B industrial environments with complex customer structures and custom pricing or quoting rules.
  • Direct experience configuring Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Atlas Reasoning Engine) and connecting agents to Flows, Apex, and external REST/MuleSoft endpoints for autonomous workflow execution.
  • Expertise in Data Cloud (Data 360), vector indexing, RAG, and grounding AI agents securely using the Einstein Trust Layer.
  • Strong background in human-centered solution design, UX journey mapping, and rapid MVP prototyping (aligning with credentials like Salesforce Strategy Designer or UX Designer).
  • Deep understanding of enterprise event-driven architectures, Pub/Sub API, identity/SSO management, and Large Data Volume (LDV) governance across platforms like D365, Snowflake, and MuleSoft.
  • Formal recognition across the Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect tracks (e.g., Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, Platform Developer II).
  • Hands-on experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies, authoring functional design documents (FDDs), and defining clear acceptance criteria.
  • Public recognition as a Salesforce MVP or Agentblazer Champion/Legend is a plus.
