What You’ll Do

Governance & Partner Community Operations

  • Provide operational and administrative support for partner councils, including meeting logistics, agenda coordination, action-item tracking, and cross-functional follow-ups.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for routine partner enablement inquiries, coordinating closely with regional stakeholders across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to ensure global alignment.
  • Monitor partner program compliance and baseline readiness, proactively flagging gaps in certification and badging requirements across partner motions.

Portal & Platform Administration

  • Serve as an administrator for our portals and other partner-facing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve partner access challenges, user management issues, and platform navigation inquiries across global time zones.
  • Support the rollout and partner adoption of new enablement platforms and enterprise orchestration tools.

Partner Program Support

  • Track partner progress through onboarding pathways and work with regional stakeholders to drive completion rates.

Content Management & Asset Curation

  • Maintain and enforce the centralized content taxonomy, version control, and folder structures within our enablement repository and portal.
  • Support the publishing workflow, conducting initial quality checks to ensure all partner-facing materials are current, accurate, and easily discoverable.
  • Perform regular content audits to archive outdated assets and streamline the partner learning path.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Track and compile key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding partner training completion, portal adoption, and certification achievements.
  • Generate structured monthly and quarterly enablement reports to identify partner readiness gaps and highlight performance trends for leadership.
