This role offers a unique opportunity to shape scalable equity management structures in a fast-paced environment backed by enterprise-grade stability.

What You’ll Do

  • Modernize Equity Plan Architecture: Lead global equity plan governance and modernize grant structures, option/RSU execution lifecycles, and cap-table administration using Merrill Lynch (BOA)/E*TRADE/Morgan Stanley.
  • Manage End-to-End Quarterly Equity Awards: Oversee rigorous data validation, grant modeling, and execution logic across all quarterly equity cycles and recurring award programs.
  • Consult & Collaborate Across Enterprise Ecosystems: Serve as an internal consultant to HR business partners, talent acquisition, and business executives on complex job offers, executive compensation, and specialized equity questions.
  • Drive Executive Insights & Strategic Analytics: Oversee global HR and compensation intelligence models, translating complex market datasets into board-ready presentations and executive workforce planning strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on expertise in global equity plan administration and equity lifecycle management using E*TRADE/Morgan Stanley.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
  • Experience working directly with cross-functional global teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • We value experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow, as these skills translate well into our Enterprise-Grade Orchestration environment.
