Agility’s commercially deployed humanoids operate alongside teams in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers—tackling physically demanding and repetitive tasks while enabling workers to focus on higher-value work. With industry-leading safety standards and years of proven deployment data, we're pioneering a new era of automation that enhances human potential.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Test Equipment Technician to maintain, repair, calibrate, and improve the test stations and equipment that support our manufacturing operations.

This role is ideal for a technically curious, mechanically inclined problem solver who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and keeping equipment operating at a high level of reliability. You will play a critical role in ensuring that manufacturing test equipment remains functional, calibrated, organized, and ready to support production.

In addition to hands-on maintenance and repair, you will help bring structure to equipment documentation, spare parts, inventory, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and maintenance processes. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Production, and Quality to minimize equipment downtime and continuously improve the reliability and maintainability of our test infrastructure.

  • Support the installation, setup, and configuration of new test equipment and production test stations
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives

Parts, Inventory & Documentation

  • Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, consumables, tools, fixtures, and equipment components
  • Track replacement parts and identify components that are approaching end-of-life or require replenishment
  • Coordinate the ordering and procurement of replacement parts and equipment components
  • Help manage relationships and communication with equipment and component vendors
  • Assist with Bill of Materials (BOM) management, including creating BOMs for new test fixtures, maintaining replacement material lists, and managing part ordering processes
  • Maintain clear and accurate maintenance procedures, work instructions, equipment records, and documentation
  • Read, follow, and help improve standardized work instructions for equipment maintenance and repair

Systems & Cross-Functional Support

  • Demonstrate general command-line comfort (e.g., terminal, PowerShell) to configure, troubleshoot, and maintain test equipment and associated computer systems
  • Support the configuration and basic administration of computers and systems used in manufacturing test environments
  • Communicate equipment status, downtime, repair progress, and technical issues clearly to Manufacturing, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams
  • Help establish and improve preventive maintenance, calibration, spare parts, and equipment management processes
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate engineering or technical teams when necessary
