We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end turn-up, onboarding, and validation of data center infrastructure — from physical installation to a fully operational, production-ready state. In this role, you will orchestrate the delivery of compute, networking, storage, and GPU infrastructure, ensuring our next-generation high-performance platforms are delivered on time, highly stable, and fully optimized. This role sits within the Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution

Drive end-to-end execution from hardware power-on to production readiness, managing timelines across automated provisioning, compute, storage, and networking setups.

Coordinate the deployment of operating systems, firmware, BIOS configurations, hypervisors, and cluster management software onto new server fleets.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

Act as the central bridge between Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Storage Engineering, Server Fleet & Automation, Bare Metal, Orchestration, Security, Platform, and Infra Ops teams.

Unblock technical issues, align delivery schedules, and serve as the single point of contact for tracking critical path dependencies and managing engineering risks.

Software Development & Platform Partnership

Partner with engineering to improve cluster turn-up reliability, repeatability, and automation — reducing time-to-serve for new capacity. Identify bottlenecks and systemic gaps across the deployment pipeline and drive durable fixes in tooling, process, and software.

Partner with engineering to scope, test, and deploy custom, client-requested infrastructure architectures.

Convert unique client requirements into repeatable, standardized product offerings and automated delivery frameworks.

Collaborate directly with developers to define technical requirements, review architectural designs, and deliver core backend features that drive long-term platform stability and scalability.

Customer & Stakeholder Alignment

Interface directly with strategic customer technical teams as the main point of contact for engineering requirements.

Work with Infrastructure Operations, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success to align technical delivery with business commitments.

Qualifications

Technical Depth & Program Leadership

10+ years leading large-scale infrastructure deployments, cloud/data center turn-ups, or technical program lifecycles

Demonstrated software development lifecycle (SDLC) expertise

Technical familiarity with AI accelerators (NVIDIA, AMD), high-speed GPU interconnects, and cluster topologies

Strong knowledge of data center networks (BGP, leaf-spine), Linux systems, and distributed storage

Proven track record managing complex dependencies, implementing validation testing, and meeting strict deadlines
