About the Role

Join a fast-growing AI engineering team building production systems for enterprise clients. You will work across client environments to turn complex business challenges into deployed AI workflows and agentic systems.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end development of AI workflows and agentic systems, from architecture through production deployment.

Get up to speed on unfamiliar client codebases and deliver production code with minimal hand-holding.

Partner with executive stakeholders and enterprise engineering teams across industries including finance, entertainment, and consumer goods.

Use agentic coding tools to accelerate development and deliver reliable systems that operate in production.

Work with AI strategists to scope projects and build systems that continue to run independently after deployment.

What We're Looking For

Three to eight years of full-stack software engineering experience, with a track record of personally shipping substantial production systems or features.

Hands-on experience writing and deploying production code, including full-stack product engineering; this role is not focused on solutions engineering or data-only work.

Production experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including the ability to work through cloud infrastructure complexity.

Strong communication skills and experience presenting to or partnering with enterprise engineering teams and executives.

High ownership, adaptability, and comfort working at a fast pace in client environments.

Experience building agentic AI systems or using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex is valuable.

Python and TypeScript experience is relevant to the role.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $180,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in New York, New York, United States, five days per week.
