About the Role

Join an early-stage B2B SaaS team building AI-powered revenue workflows for enterprise customers. As a founding member of the deployment team, you will turn complex customer data into reliable models and production agent workflows that support measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Lead customer onboarding, assess data access, explore warehouse schemas, and map data to business concepts such as churn, expansion, and recurring revenue.

Interview customer stakeholders, reconcile differing business definitions, and build a verified semantic layer using SQL.

Deploy workflow and agent pipelines in customer environments, then monitor their performance and outcomes.

Manage several customer engagements at a time, balancing direct collaboration with customer teams and hands-on data work.

Use internal agent tools and share feedback to improve evaluations, validation, and agent development frameworks.

What We're Looking For

Two to five years of experience in forward deployed engineering, data science, or customer-facing software engineering.

Experience independently shipping production code or data systems and owning technical customer deployments end to end.

Strong SQL and data warehouse skills, including the ability to navigate undocumented schemas and validate results.

Experience with Python, dbt, data warehousing, LLMs, AI agents, signal engineering, or evaluation frameworks.

Data science, machine learning, statistics, mathematics, or applied mathematics background, supported by relevant study or hands-on work.

A quantitative STEM degree and experience in an early-stage, consulting, or otherwise scrappy environment.

Comfort with detail-oriented data verification, customer-facing technical discussions, and adapting conclusions based on evidence.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in New York, New York, five days per week.
