About the Role

Join an early-stage AI startup as a hands-on performance marketer, owning paid acquisition across Meta and Google. You will build and improve the campaigns and measurement systems that support customer growth.

What You'll Do

Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns directly, from setup and launch through ongoing optimization.

Build campaign structures, run tests, interpret results, and make budget decisions.

Set up and optimize pixels, Conversions API (CAPI), conversion events, and tracking.

Review performance regularly and improve acquisition campaigns based on data.

Use analytics and measurement tools to evaluate campaign outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Four to seven years of performance marketing experience, including at least two years managing Meta and Google campaigns hands-on.

Experience building campaigns and configuring pixels, CAPI, conversion events, and tracking directly in advertising platforms.

Background in early-stage startups, with comfort working independently in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.

Experience marketing AI-first, prosumer, consumer, or product-led growth products.

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, PostHog, server-side tracking, and UTM tracking.

Based in or relocating to San Francisco and available for full-time in-person work as part of a hybrid arrangement.

Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $130,000 to $190,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
