About the Role

Join an early-stage AI company as its first dedicated Customer Success Manager. You will own the post-sale customer journey, help enterprise customers realize value from AI, and bring customer insights directly to the product team.

What You'll Do

Manage enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upsells.

Spend significant time on customer calls, including discovery, use case matching, and driving product adoption.

Share customer feedback, bug reports, and feature requests with the product team and company leadership.

Partner with forward-deployed engineers to guide proof-of-concept customers toward paid adoption.

Connect customer business objectives with AI capabilities across a broad set of enterprise integrations.

What We're Looking For

Five to seven years of customer success experience, including proactive customer management beyond reactive support.

Experience at an early-stage startup, ideally in the Seed to Series B range.

Background in horizontal AI products, with familiarity with AI and large language models.

Experience supporting both product-led growth and enterprise sales motions.

Comfort working with Slack, Jira, GitHub, and Confluence.

Consistent tenure across roles, with at least 18 months in most positions.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $130,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid, based in San Francisco, California. Atlanta, Georgia is also listed as a potential location.
