Lead high-value expert delivery projects for organizations working in AI research. This client-facing operations role spans expert sourcing, project fulfillment, and process improvement in a fast-growing AI marketplace.

What You'll Do

Manage several expert delivery projects at once across human data and market research.

Own client communications, share proactive updates, address screening requirements, and advise clients on project strategy.

Recruit and reactivate experts from an internal network to meet project needs.

Identify fulfillment bottlenecks and feasibility issues, then partner with engineering on product and process improvements.

Build client relationships and grow accounts through reliable project delivery.

What We're Looking For

Up to 3 years of experience, including early-career candidates, in consulting, project delivery, operations, or a similarly demanding environment.

Experience owning projects end to end, including expert recruitment, client communication, and fulfillment.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, including confidence engaging with enterprise stakeholders.

A proactive, hands-on approach to identifying problems and proposing solutions in fast-paced or early-stage environments.

A bachelor's degree from a well-regarded U.S. university or 1 to 2 years of experience at a high-growth startup.

Marketplace, staffing, or AI-related experience is relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $120,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
