About the Role

Join a Series B AI company as an Agent Product Engineer, owning the end-to-end deployment and improvement of AI agents with customers. You will combine hands-on product engineering with customer collaboration to help automate sales workflows and deliver measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

Deploy and iterate on AI agents for account strategy, prospecting, outbound messaging, call preparation, and follow-ups.

Work closely with customers through calls and shared collaboration channels, turning feedback into product improvements.

Build agents that automate complex sales development work, with robust evaluations, trust calibration, and learning over time.

Own customer deployment outcomes, troubleshoot ambiguous technical environments, and drive improvements from discovery through production.

Communicate agent capabilities and deployment progress to business, engineering, and leadership audiences.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of full-stack or product engineering experience, with 5 or more years preferred.

Experience building and shipping production AI agents or agentic workflows for external users, including prompt engineering, tool use, evaluation, and trust calibration.

Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python, with hands-on production coding experience beyond configuring existing platforms.

Background in customer-facing deployments, forward-deployed engineering, or embedding with enterprise customers to solve technical problems.

Strong communication across business, technical, and executive audiences, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Experience at an AI team or growth-stage technology company is preferred, as is early-stage product ownership and familiarity with sales or go-to-market workflows.

Strong computer science fundamentals and a consistent work history.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $215,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Hybrid in San Francisco, California, with at least three days per week in the office.
