About the Role

Join a product engineering team building AI-powered software that helps banks and fintechs automate financial crime compliance. You will develop customer-facing products that streamline complex review work while keeping people involved in important decisions.

What You'll Do

Own product features from customer discovery and requirements gathering through production deployment and iteration.

Build AI-enabled workflows that coordinate tools and data services for anti-money laundering, sanctions, and know-your-customer reviews.

Create intuitive interfaces for case management, reporting, analytics, and workflow configuration.

Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and turn complex problems into practical technical solutions.

Build and maintain production-quality backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend experiences.

Develop new product areas, scale existing features, and support enterprise implementations.

What We're Looking For

Typically 3 to 6 years of product software engineering experience, with the ability to operate at a senior or staff level.

Experience building and launching zero-to-one products used by real customers, including production AI or LLM-powered features.

Full-stack experience with React and TypeScript or Node.js, or Python, across frontend and backend systems.

Experience building APIs and working with databases, ideally including PostgreSQL, Supabase, or similar technologies.

Strong product judgment, customer communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and workflow orchestration; financial services or other regulated-industry experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $200,000 to $270,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California.
