About the Role

Join an early-stage AI company building an intelligent growth platform for consumer brands. As a hands-on player-coach, you will own core product and infrastructure work while helping shape engineering practices and architecture.

What You'll Do

Build data infrastructure that tracks merchant lifecycle events and helps identify which actions drive outcomes.

Develop an agentic growth system that evaluates operations, recommends changes, and automates execution.

Own full-stack development of the growth engine, with a focus on backend systems and infrastructure.

Build and maintain reliable integrations with commerce, advertising, and marketing platforms.

Mentor engineers while remaining actively involved in day-to-day development.

What We're Looking For

Five to eight years of full-stack engineering experience, with strong backend skills in data infrastructure, event systems, and API integrations.

Experience building and owning production-grade LLM-powered or agentic systems that integrate with third-party APIs.

Experience with Python, TypeScript, LLMs, and commerce or marketing integrations such as Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or email service providers.

Experience leading or mentoring engineers, and the judgment to prioritize work and create structure in ambiguous, early-stage environments.

Background building products from an early stage or working at a growing startup, with strong communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $175,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
