About the Role

Join a team building AI-powered business process automation for enterprise organizations. You will own strategic customer deployments from initial scoping through production scale, combining commercial leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery.

What You'll Do

Own enterprise customer relationships and commercial engagements, including scoping, negotiating, and closing complex pilots.

Understand customer processes, align stakeholders across operations and executive teams, and define measurable success criteria.

Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including engineers, to execute deployments and scale successful pilots into production.

Manage change, resolve blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned in complex enterprise environments.

Identify expansion opportunities and drive account growth, including renewals and pilot conversions.

What We're Looking For

Typically 3 to 7 years of experience across top-tier strategy consulting, enterprise deployments, enterprise sales, GTM, business operations, product management, or a related field.

Direct experience managing enterprise customer relationships and owning commercial targets or complex engagements.

A track record of leading end-to-end deployments with measurable customer outcomes, from pilot through production.

Experience navigating stakeholders from operations teams to senior executives and driving organizational change.

Strong project delivery and operational skills, with the ability to assess technical implementations and work effectively with engineers without needing to be an engineer.

Technical fluency with AI systems and business process automation is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $160,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California, or New York City, New York. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to one of these locations.
