Delivery

Configure MFCS foundation data, item, purchasing, pricing and inventory functions

Expert-level Oracle MFCS skills: 8+ years in Oracle Retail Merchandising (MFCS, RMFCS or RMS), with 3+ years leading MFCS functional delivery

At least 2 full-lifecycle MFCS (cloud) implementations through go-live

Deep functional knowledge of item, purchasing, pricing, inventory and cost management in MFCS

Working knowledge of RICS, MFCS REST APIs and integration patterns with POS, WMS, ecommerce and ERP

Hands-on data conversion experience using MFCS data loading tools and reconciliation

Experience leading workshops with merchants, planners and finance at director level

Strong written design documentation and status reporting skills

Able to work onsite at Alo's Los Angeles offices and travel to the client site

Preferred qualifications

Apparel, footwear or specialty retail experience with style/color/size items and seasonal assortments

DTC and omnichannel experience (ecommerce, stores, wholesale)

Oracle Retail Allocation, Pricing Cloud Service, ReSA or Retail Insights experience

Exposure to Oracle Xstore, Manhattan or Blue Yonder WMS, and Oracle Fusion or NetSuite financials
