Build something monumental for Healthcare!
At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.
We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!
About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager at Tandem, you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to help us build better products, faster. You’ll operate at the center of how product development happens - helping teams stay aligned, pushing initiatives forward, spotting problems early, and making sure good ideas actually turn into shipped product.
This is not just an operations role focused on coordination or administration. It’s a highly execution-oriented role for someone who wants to continue growing into Product Management and enjoys being close to product development, engineering, users, and decision-making. You’ll start by doing whatever it takes to move product forward, including the operational work, and take on more product ownership as you grow.
You’ll work closely with senior Product Managers and leadership, helping drive day-to-day execution while learning how high-performing product organizations operate. We’re looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, notices friction before others do, and enjoys bringing structure and momentum to ambiguous environments.
Some days that means coordinating work across teams, following up on important initiatives, or improving internal product workflows. Other days it means running user interviews, digging into user feedback, writing product specs, testing new functionality, helping prioritize work to help move product development forward.
We’re a fast-moving team that values ownership, curiosity, and iteration. This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who has high ambition, is driven and structured, and wants to learn how exceptional technology products are built in practice. You don’t need strong product skills yet - we’ll train you up in product management over time.
