Position Summary / 職務概要

Project & Site Administratorは、STACKのデータセンター開発および建設プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトチームを支援し、プロジェクト運営を円滑に進めるための事務およびドキュメント管理業務を担当します。

The Project & Site Administrator supports STACK’s data center development and construction projects by providing administrative coordination and document control support to the project team.

本ポジションは、現場事務所およびオフィス双方での事務業務を担当し、プロジェクトチームが効率的に業務を進められる環境を整える役割を担います。

The role supports both site office and corporate office operations, ensuring that project teams can operate efficiently.

施工管理チーム、協力会社、設計者、本社部門と連携し、プロジェクトに関わる情報や書類の整理・管理を行います。

The position coordinates with construction teams, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to maintain organized project documentation and communication.

また、社内イベントやプロジェクトイベントの企画・運営にも主体的に関わり、チームコミュニケーションおよび企業文化の醸成を支援します。

The role also contributes to internal communication and company culture by coordinating company events and project-related activities.

さらに、PROCOREなどのプロジェクト管理システムを活用し、図面、RFI、Submittal、会議記録などのプロジェクト情報の整理・管理を行います。

The role supports management of project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and meeting records using collaboration platforms such as PROCORE or similar project management tools.

Roles & Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

データセンタープロジェクトに関する各種ドキュメント（図面、仕様書、技術資料など）の整理および管理

Maintain and organize project documentation including drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

RFI、Submittal、Drawing Logなどのプロジェクトドキュメント管理

Manage project documentation logs including RFIs, submittals, and drawing registers.

会議スケジュール調整、資料準備、議事録作成などの会議運営サポート

Support project meetings including scheduling, documentation preparation, and meeting minutes.

Action Itemやプロジェクトトラッカーの管理

Maintain action item logs and project tracking tools.

契約書、発注書などの契約関連書類の整理および管理

Maintain contract records and procurement documentation.

ベンダーおよび施工会社からの書類提出状況のフォローアップ

Track and follow up on document submissions from contractors and vendors.

請求書および支払関連書類の整理および支払プロセスのサポート

Support invoice documentation and payment administration processes.

社内レポートおよびプロジェクト資料作成のサポート

Assist in preparation of internal reports and project documentation.

社内プロジェクトチームおよび関係者との連携

Collaborate with internal project teams and stakeholders.

Project Director / Project Managerへのプロジェクトサポート

Provide administrative and documentation support to the Project Director / Project Manager.
