We are a remote team with a Lisbon office, having recently raised ~$4M seed round with incredible investors from Strava, OpenAI, and Meta.

Requirements

6-7 years of experience in SEO, App Store Optimization (ASO), or search marketing

Comfortable with AI and emerging AI-driven search/visibility trends (e.g. AI overviews, LLM-based search) — ideally someone early enough in their career to be fluent in this

Highly data-driven, focused on driving clicks as a core metric

Excellent communication skills, able to work closely with design and engineering teams

Team management/leadership experience preferred, not essential

Owns three pillars: App Store Optimization, Search (SEO), and AI visibility

Remote in Europe (preference: Western/continental Europe)
