About Reacher

Reacher is AI-powered TikTok Shop affiliate software. Brands and agencies use it to find creators, run outreach, manage creator relationships, and grow TikTok Shop revenue. Brands describe the creator they want and AI finds matches from a database of 4M+ creators. They can automate outreach by DM, Target Collab, and email (up to 10,000 creators a day) and track samples, content, and GMV in one CRM. Reacher is backed by Y Combinator, is an official TikTok Shop Partner and TAP Agency, ranks #1 on the TikTok Shop App Store, and is trusted by 2,000+ brands. We were founded in 2024 and are based in San Francisco.

The role

We're hiring a Mobile Consumer Engineer to build the Reacher creator app. The app helps creators find deals, talk to brands, and earn on TikTok, Meta, and Snap. It's how we grow our creator network, so it needs to feel like a great consumer product. You'll report to Hari, our Head of Engineering, and work on a small app team.

What you'll do

Own features in the creator app end to end, from design through release

Build polished, fast mobile experiences in React Native and Expo with strict TypeScript

Work with TanStack Query, Zustand, the TikTok Shop API, and our AI avatar video features

Ship to the App Store and Google Play, then measure, learn, and iterate

Work closely with design, the creator team, and creators themselves

What you bring

A track record of shipping consumer mobile apps that people use every day

Strong React Native and TypeScript skills; Expo experience is a plus

Good product taste and attention to UX, performance, and reliability

Comfort moving fast at an early-stage startup

Nice to have

Experience with LLM or AI features in a consumer product

Familiarity with TikTok, the creator economy, or e-commerce
