Profound is the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, used by 15% of the Fortune 500 including Comcast, Estée Lauder, and Walmart, and innovators like Ramp, MongoDB, and Figma. It is where marketing teams do the work: research, briefs, content, campaigns, reporting, all in one place, alongside agents that carry the load with them.

Built on 2B+ real user prompts and growing, Profound’s data shows you what people ask AI and what the models say back. Profound's AI Marketer joins that data with deep context about our customers to find the opportunities worth acting on, and then puts agents to work: automating reporting, drafting content, auditing pages for readability, running competitive research. It measures what works and gets better every day.

As a Field Marketer, you will own Profound's field motion: tradeshows, executive dinners, roundtables, regional events, ABM, and partner activations that turn real-world moments into real revenue. This is not a set up a booth and hope role. Think of it as roughly 60% events and 40% campaign strategy, with all of it tied to pipeline and built shoulder to shoulder with Sales. You will have real budget, real ownership, and regular face time with our CEO and leadership team.

What the job really is

Fast and high volume. We run dozens of events a year and the pace is only going up. You will be energized by that, not scared of it.

Hands-on and strategic on the same day. One hour you are pulling up banners on the show floor, the next you are planning a six month campaign.

In the room with Sales. You will sit with the sales team, not near them.

Still being built. Our reporting and tooling are maturing. You will help shape the playbook, not inherit a finished one.

What you'll do

Build and run multi-touch campaigns around every tradeshow, dinner and regional event, before, during and after the moment, not just on the day

Own the US tradeshow and events strategy end to end: show selection, target accounts, messaging, pre-event outreach, booth and on-site experience, and post-event conversion

Design and run field ABM for our must-win accounts, tiered across one-to-one, one-to-few and one-to-many, mixing events, direct mail, social, email and outbound, with hyper-personalized touches that get past the noise

Run curated executive dinners and roundtables where you qualify the room, get the right 12 people in it, and make it count for pipeline

Take our global campaigns, including Zero Click, research and product launches, and make them land in your region

Work weekly with Sales leadership, AEs and GTMAs on ICPs, account lists, outreach sequences, meeting goals and follow-up. Run pre-event kickoffs, hold the follow-up SLA, and celebrate the wins together

Support pipeline directly: book meetings, pitch on the floor, jump into conversations, and do whatever it takes to keep momentum

Partner with our partner marketing team to make agency, cloud and technology partnerships work in the field

Work with comms, content, social and digital to extend every field moment into LinkedIn, PR, thought leadership and a digital surround so prospects see Profound everywhere around an event

Manage vendors, sponsorships, logistics, timelines and budgets, and hold yourself to a clear ROI bar on every dollar

Report on what matters: meetings held, pipeline influenced, conversion, and honest feedback from Sales. Bring what you hear in the field back to content, product marketing and product

Keep testing, iterating and killing what is not working. Learning velocity is key.

Grow with the team. As the field team scales, there is a path to lead a regional team and manage additional field marketers and coordinators

Who you are

A natural host. You light up a room, and you are the person washing dishes at someone else's party because you cannot sit on your hands

A doer who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves being in the action

Experienced owning B2B SaaS or technology field marketing programs end to end: tradeshows, roadshows, regional events, dinners, ABM, and outbound-aligned campaigns. You think in campaigns, not just logistics.
