About the Opportunity

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing AI consumer technology company seeking a Lifecycle & CRM Specialist to build and optimize customer communication strategies across the entire user journey.

You'll own lifecycle marketing initiatives designed to improve user activation, subscription conversion, retention, and re-engagement. Working closely with product, marketing, and data teams, you'll develop automated communication flows, audience segments, and personalized campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and push notifications.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong CRM expertise, analytical thinking, and an understanding of consumer subscription products, with the ability to build and execute lifecycle strategies independently.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage lifecycle marketing programs covering onboarding, activation, subscription conversion, renewals, and win-back campaigns.

Build automated email journeys and personalized communication flows across the customer lifecycle.

Identify opportunities to convert free users into paying subscribers through targeted messaging and offers.

Develop re-engagement campaigns to reactivate inactive users and existing customer segments.

Create audience segments using behavioral, product, and subscription data.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize in-app messaging, push notifications, and other communication channels.

Design and run A/B tests to optimize messaging, timing, offers, and channel performance.

Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, and customer engagement metrics.

Analyze results and connect lifecycle initiatives to revenue, conversion, and retention outcomes.

Ensure communication strategies comply with applicable privacy regulations and consent requirements.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing, ideally within a consumer subscription business.

Hands-on experience building automated campaigns and customer journeys using platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or Klaviyo.

Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle automation.

Analytical mindset with the ability to independently build segments, analyze campaign results, and optimize performance.

Experience managing email deliverability, list health, and campaign performance.

Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, consent management, and international communication requirements.

Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create or refine effective customer communications.

Ability to develop strategy and independently execute campaigns.

Excellent written English.

Nice to Have

Experience with in-app messaging and push notifications across iOS and Android.

Knowledge of email deliverability, domain reputation, and reactivation of dormant mailing lists.

Familiarity with subscription billing platforms and associated customer lifecycle events.

Experience working with consumer applications where customer trust and communication tone are particularly important.

Experience optimizing subscription revenue and customer lifetime value.

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to build and own the lifecycle marketing strategy of an innovative AI consumer product used by millions of people worldwide. You'll have the autonomy to develop new communication programs, experiment with different approaches, and directly influence subscription growth and long-term customer retention.

The company offers flexible working hours, generous vacation policies, a fully remote work environment, and the opportunity to influence the future of AI-powered consumer experiences.
