Our Mission

Omnea is the agentic operating system for procurement.

Procurement touches every pound a business spends, yet requests still stall for weeks and approvals get lost in inboxes. Our AI-first platform changes that: our agents capture requests, route approvals, onboard suppliers, flag risk and track every renewal, while anyone in the business can ask a question and get an answer grounded in their own company’s data. Buying becomes painless for everyone, procurement gets a seat at the table, and our customers have saved more than 100,000 hours of manual work so far.

Companies like Spotify, PayPal, T. Rowe Price, JustEat, Adyen and S&P Global run procurement on Omnea. We’re backed by $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners and Accel, and we’ve been named the UK’s number one startup in the Startups 100, ranked 11th on Sifted’s 2026 list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, and recognised as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies.

Talent density matters more to us than almost anything else. We keep the bar high in every team, so everyone here has real ownership and real impact. Our team is full of former founders and operators who’ve scaled unicorns, and we’re looking for people who want to do the best work of their careers alongside them.

What we're looking for

You'll craft Omnea's product and AI narrative for the Series B-C stage of growth, ensuring people understand what we do, why it matters, and how we differentiate from competitors.

You'll sit at the intersection of product & go-to-market: owning how we showcase the things we are building, from new product launches to sales decks to competitor analysis. In a world full of substance-less 'AI washing', you will deliver clear, compelling messaging that cuts through the noise and inspires procurement teams at the world’s leading companies to redefine what good looks like.

You'll get to know our customers well, understand the impact Omnea’s technology is having on their businesses, and incorporate those stories into our entire GTM motion. In the AI era, you’ll understand how to balance hype and education to engage and inspire our audience.

The right person is a structured operator with low ego and a “get it done” mindset: you don't want to just discuss high-level strategy, you want to execute. You'll interview customers, write articles, build decks, and train others on how to position the product. You'll want to get stuck in; maybe even doing a launch video yourself if needed!

What Can You Expect?

You'll be our GTM team's most important partner: the person who makes sure Product, Sales, Customer, and Marketing are all working from the same story, and telling it with clarity and conviction.

You'll own positioning and messaging: You'll define how we talk about the platform to procurement leaders, finance teams, and anyone evaluating whether to buy Omnea. You'll translate complex product concepts into clear language that resonates with our buyers. You'll make sure every channel (website, sales deck, analyst conversation, campaigns, social, press) tells a cohesive story, and tells it well.

You'll amplify our customers' voices: You'll interview customers, identify what actually changed for the person doing the job, and shape that into a story others can get excited by. A good customer story is about a person and their problem, told honestly. The insights you surface will inform how we position, sell, and build.

You'll lead product launches end-to-end: From the moment something is on the roadmap, you'll be strategising and defining how we bring it to market. That means owning the narrative, identifying channels, coordinating across Product, Sales, and Marketing, building the launch assets, and tracking the desired impact. You'll close the loop too: bringing what you learn from the market back into the product roadmap.

You'll arm the GTM team to win: You'll build the product documentation, materials and Claude skills our team needs to close deals with companies like Spotify, Adyen, and Monzo. You'll own the competitive intelligence function: tracking the landscape, understanding market shifts, and feeding that back into how we position and sell.
