Who We Are

Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.

Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join Notion's TPM organization as a key partner to our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) leadership. You'll work hand-in-hand with the most senior engineering, product, and design leaders at Notion to help run the programs and operating rhythms that keep EPD focused, aligned, and shipping. You'll own a portfolio of programs that spans internal engineering initiatives as well as cross-functional, externally facing efforts with partners across Go-to-Market, Marketing, Support, and beyond, ensuring that we meet the ever-growing expectations of our global user base.

This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.

What You'll Achieve

Work closely with senior EPD leaders to drive multiple concurrent programs, from internal engineering initiatives (platform, infrastructure, quality, and developer productivity) to external, cross-functional programs such as major launches and customer-facing commitments

Combine long-term vision with near-term execution: be accountable for overall delivery, including prioritization, success criteria, and program communications in coordination with your partners

Help design and run EPD's operating cadence, including planning cycles, goal-setting, roadmap reviews, leadership syncs, and business reviews

Act as a connector across EPD and the broader company, bringing the right people together, driving decisions to closure, and making sure follow-through happens

Prepare clear, concise materials for leadership, including status updates, decision docs, and executive summaries that turn complexity into clarity

Monitor program status, proactively identify and communicate issues / risks, and unblock work wherever possible

Take on high-priority, ambiguous special projects for EPD leadership and drive them from problem definition to outcome

Forge strong partnerships with technical and business leaders across the company, ensuring that team resource investments align with company priorities

Skills You'll Need to Bring

8+ years of technical program management experience at a technology company, or in an equivalent technical or operational capacity, delivering clear and impactful results

Proven track record of running multiple complex, cross-functional programs at once, from inception to delivery

Enjoy solving hard problems and can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into action plans and drive them to impact

Strong technical fluency: you can go deep with engineers on systems and tradeoffs, and translate them for non-technical audiences

Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience creating executive-ready updates, narratives, and decision docs

Strategic thinking and sound judgment: you can see the big picture, prioritize ruthlessly, and know when to escalate

Experience designing and running operating rhythms, such as planning, OKRs, leadership meetings, and reviews, for a growing organization

Builder mentality and an automation-first instinct: you'd rather script, automate, or build a lightweight tool than run the same process by hand twice, and you bring that bias to every program and operating rhythm you own
