Main Responsibilities

Document, maintain and continuously improve sales processes, workflows, playbooks, best practices and centralized knowledge resources, ensuring all materials are accurate and up to date.

Manage and optimize sales enablement tools and platforms, including AI-powered solutions, ensuring effective adoption, team training and measurable value.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and GTM teams to prepare enablement materials, messaging, competitive insights and customer-facing assets for campaigns, product launches and other initiatives.

Develop onboarding materials and training programs to support new hires and ensure effective knowledge sharing across sales teams.

Monitor sales enablement performance, tool adoption, content usage and training effectiveness, gather team feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Coordinate GTM enablement initiatives, ensure cross-functional alignment, communicate process changes and track implementation progress and impact on sales performance.

Core Requirements

Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations or a related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, deal cycles and sales team effectiveness, with experience in sales enablement platforms, tools and AI-powered solutions.

Excellent documentation, process-mapping and organizational skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and manage multiple priorities.

Proactive and independent, with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to identify gaps and implement improvements.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product and other teams.

Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and connect enablement initiatives to business outcomes; experience in cybersecurity, sales training, LMS platforms or building enablement programs from scratch would be an advantage.
