About Nooks.ai

Nooks is an applied AI lab building revenue agents that power some of the fastest growing companies in the world. We build AI agents that operate across the full revenue lifecycle, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Building 0→1 has never been easier, but selling at the speed of the market remains the last frontier for AI. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals.

Today, over 2000 customers power their revenue growth using Nooks, including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling. We've raised over 70M USD from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, and we have more than tripled ARR each year for 3 years running.

We're looking for a Community Events and Partnerships Manager to make Nooks the center of the modern revenue community.

Nooks has one of the most passionate communities in sales tech, from the SDRs who live in our product every day to the revenue leaders building the next generation of GTM teams. You'll turn that energy into a programmatic engine: Nooks-branded meetups and user groups, the community partnerships that put us in front of the right practitioners, and the referral relationships that turn community members into customers.

We're looking for a connector and a builder, someone who knows the people and organizations shaping the revenue community and can measure what that community does for the business. You'll report to the Head of Field and Executive Marketing and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Growth Marketing, Communications, and Marketing Operations.

About the role

Build Nooks-led community events

Plan and run a recurring calendar of Nooks-branded meetups, SDR and practitioner gatherings, happy hours, and workshops in priority cities

Launch and grow user groups and community roadshows that bring customers and prospects together in person

Create community programming around major industry moments, partnering with Field Marketing Managers on side events during flagship conferences

Own community partnerships and sponsorships

Manage relationships with revenue communities, creators, newsletters, and practitioner organizations, and decide which sponsorships earn our investment

Evaluate every partnership against audience fit, engagement, and pipeline influence, and renew, renegotiate, or retire accordingly

Co-host events and programs with ecosystem partners to reach new audiences together

Drive referrals and advocacy

Turn community members, champions, and partners into a steady source of introductions and pipeline

Recruit and develop community speakers, hosts, and ambassadors

Spotlight practitioners and customers so community members see themselves in Nooks

Connect community to growth

Track community engagement against target accounts, pipeline, and revenue with Marketing Ops

Build clean handoffs from community events to Sales, with timely follow-up and context

Surface rising champions and engaged accounts to Field and ABM managers

Partner with Growth Marketing on promotion, nurture, and attribution

Grow the community

Grow membership and repeat participation across in-person and online channels

Partner with Communications and Social to amplify community moments

Test new formats and channels, then scale what works

About you

6+ years of experience in community or customer marketing at a B2B SaaS company

A track record of building community programs or partnerships that grew engagement and contributed measurable pipeline

Experience running a high volume of events, from 20-person meetups to large community gatherings

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with partners, sponsors, and community leaders

An analytical approach, with comfort tying community activity to accounts, pipeline, and ROI

Excellent organization and budget management across many programs at once

Warmth, energy, and the ability to represent Nooks authentically in the community

Willingness to travel regularly for events

Nice to have

Existing relationships in the sales, SDR, RevOps, or GTM community
