About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in helping U.S.-based home improvement and high-ticket service businesses scale through performance paid advertising. Their mission is to drive measurable client revenue through rigorous media buying, creative angle testing, and deep partnership with service-based founders.
About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Media Buyer who operates as a true end-to-end campaign owner. In this role, you will lead both sides of the paid social coin: technical media buying inside Meta Ads Manager and hands-on direct-response creative production.
You will manage existing client accounts independently, freeing leadership to focus on pipeline expansion, while conceptualizing, producing, launching, and iterating campaigns from scratch. We believe modern Meta performance is driven primarily by creative diversity, not just targeting tricks. You do not need to be a cinema-grade video editor; you must, however, be a sharp direct-response marketer who understands audience psychology, tests multiple messaging angles, and quickly spins up compelling image and video ads using tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI generators.
Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Asset Production
Conceptualize and produce direct-response ad creatives (video and static) built to convert, launching campaigns with approximately 8 distinct creative variations upfront.
Formulate diverse creative angles rooted in audience psychology, including emotional drivers, educational hooks, competitive proof, transformation/outcomes, and social proof.
Use Canva, CapCut, AI tools, and repurposed client organic assets to edit native, scroll-stopping ad creatives (favoring authenticity and relatability over over-produced polish).
Write punchy ad copy, headlines, and call-to-action hooks tailored to distinct buyer personas and conversion goals (e.g., booking consultations, high-ticket quote inquiries).
Rapidly iterate on winning creatives by tweaking hooks, audio, pacing, copy variations, and formats.
Media Buying, Account Ownership & Execution
Take full ownership of existing and onboarding client ad accounts across Facebook and Instagram from setup through scaling.
Structure and deploy full-funnel Meta ad campaigns, choosing optimal destinations (instant lead forms, high-converting landing pages, or direct funnels), and build + test those landing pages.
Set up, audit, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, standard/custom events, conversion tracking, and CAPI.
Continuously monitor daily spend, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROAS across multiple accounts.
Execute structured A/B testing protocols covering creative formats, messaging angles, audience segments, and campaign structures (CBO vs. ABO).
Translate raw campaign analytics into clear, actionable client reporting and strategic recommendations without requiring micro-management.
Competencies and Qualifications
Must-Have
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns alongside demonstrable experience creating your own ad assets (portfolio or past creative examples required).
Practical proficiency with CapCut, Canva, and modern AI creative tools to produce mobile-first direct-response video and image ads.
Ability to write clear, compelling ad copy and hooks focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
Proven ability to autonomously manage client ad accounts end-to-end, resolve technical roadblocks, and maintain campaign momentum without daily oversight.
Clear understanding of direct-response funnels, landing page alignment, lead forms, and conversion tracking.
Direct experience running paid social campaigns for US-based service businesses, local service providers, or high-ticket lead generation.
Strong command of spoken and written English, capable of explaining performance trends and next-step strategies in clear terms.
