monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
About the Role
As monday.com continues to build an AI-native work platform, our Legal-Tech team is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to work alongside the teams building these products and technologies. This role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and product development, helping translate complex legal questions into paths forward.
This role will be part of our global Legal-Tech team and will work closely with AI, Product, R&D, Security, Privacy, Data, IP, Commercial, and other cross functional teams across the company. The role will focus on providing practical, timely, and commercially minded legal advice on AI and technology matters throughout the product lifecycle - from early design and architecture discussions through development, launch, and ongoing operation.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with builders and technical teams, understanding how products and systems work, identifying the legal and business implications of different design choices, and helping teams find workable paths forward. They will bring strong expertise in AI and technology, while also understanding the privacy, data, IP, contractual, and commercial context in which these products operate.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate independently, take ownership of complex and ambiguous matters, and become a trusted legal partner to teams building monday.com’s next generation of AI powered products.
