Partner with global HR, site leadership, IT, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure HR programs are implemented clearly and consistently across Thailand

Strengthen onboarding for Thailand new hires, ensuring employees are set up for success from offer acceptance through their first 90 days

Create and maintain clear 30, 60, and 90 day onboarding plans in partnership with managers, HR, and site teams

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, communication, and employee experience as Lumilens scales its Thailand manufacturing operations
