About us

Humaans is building the next generation of infrastructure for the workplace; software designed for companies that are scaling fast, operating globally, and pushing into new boundaries.

What started as a system of record has evolved into a broader platform for operating people globally. With Athena, our agentic AI layer, Humaans moves beyond data management into intelligent orchestration, connecting workflows across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations so organisations can act faster and with greater confidence, redefining how work gets done.

We work with ambitious teams across Europe and the US, from AI-native companies like Lovable, Poolside, Fyxer AI, and Tandem Health, to established, high-growth organisations scaling internationally and through acquisition, including Quantexa, Sellpy, Manychat, Gigs, Croud, and Threecolts. These teams don’t buy software for features, they buy leverage. The ability to run faster, cleaner, and with more control as complexity compounds.

To date, we’ve raised $20m in venture funding from some of the most respected founders, operators, and funds in technology: Lachy Groom (Physical Intelligence), Stewart Butterfield (Slack), Tobias Lütke (Shopify), Dylan Field (Figma), Jeff Weiner (LinkedIn), Claire Johnson (Stripe), Oliver Jay (OpenAI), Jay Simmons (Bond) as well as Y Combinator, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, Pathlight Ventures, and Exor.

If you have massive ambition and want to work on a hard problem, with a small team that moves fast, at a moment when the category is genuinely up for grabs - this is it.

The role

You’ll shape how enterprise customers understand, evaluate and buy Humaans. We’re bringing our HRIS and Athena, our agentic AI platform, into the enterprise, with new customers including Plaid and Bumble. As our products evolve, we need to make their value clear to organisations making consequential decisions about how they use AI.

You’ll evolve our positioning, messaging and tone of voice for a buying group spanning HR, AI, Transformation, IT and Finance. These leaders bring different priorities and expectations. The challenge is to give each of them a clear, credible understanding of what our products can deliver, while building a coherent story they can align around.

Working closely with Product, Sales and our customers, you’ll turn product depth and customer insight into launches, messaging and sales materials that build confidence and support adoption. This is a hands-on role with scope to shape both our product marketing approach and how Humaans is understood in a changing market.

What you’ll do

Build a product marketing approach that deepens customer understanding of our products and connects their capabilities to meaningful business outcomes.

Shape positioning, messaging and tone of voice for enterprise audiences, making the value of HRIS and Athena relevant to each stakeholder in the buying group.

Lead market, customer and competitor research, turning insights into sharper segmentation, stronger positioning and opportunities to inform product development.

Own product and feature launches end to end, working with Product and Engineering to define the value proposition, deliver announcements and assess market response and adoption.

Develop sales materials grounded in customer insight and sales needs, helping the team address buyer questions and build a credible case for Humaans.

Build deep product knowledge through hands-on use, using that understanding to improve how we take our products to market.

Create a consistent product story across content, advertising and sales materials, adapting the message to each audience and channel.

What we’re looking for

A strong track record in B2B SaaS product marketing, particularly in the enterprise segment.

Evidence of successful product launches, with a clear understanding of how customer needs and market dynamics shaped your approach.

The ability to turn customer insight and sales needs into clear go-to-market foundations, including segmentation, messaging and sales collateral.
