Our mission and why it matters

We are on a mission to make humans the strongest security layer.

Human risk remains one of the biggest vulnerabilities and traditional awareness training is not enough. We take a different approach by combining AI-driven personalization, real threat detection, and behavioral science to actively protect people and organizations.

We don't just simulate risks. We build the tools that detect and stop them.

Why this role matters

At Hoxhunt, we transform human behavior into a powerful layer of cyber defense. We are looking for a Strategic Onboarding Manager to join our Customer Success team and spearhead our local operations in APAC. Currently, onboarding projects are carried out from Europe, and we are urgently moving these operations closer to our customers. As one of our first feet on the ground, you will lead complex, large-scale enterprise projects, acting as the crucial bridge between technical implementation and organizational change, while helping to define how we operate across the region.

What you'll own and drive

Own enterprise implementations and onboarding projects end-to-end, from planning and discovery through technical implementation and launch.

Coordinate multiple customer stakeholder groups across business, IT, security, compliance, communications, and senior leadership — navigating competing priorities and keeping senior stakeholders engaged and aligned throughout.

Lead customer conversations around technical implementation, translating requirements clearly between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Help customers determine how a new solution should be introduced into their organization, defining internal communication strategies and change management plans that drive real user adoption, not just technical go-live.

Drive customer Proof of Concept (POC) projects together with the Account Executive, defining clear success criteria upfront and coordinating technical validation, stakeholder alignment, and customer engagement toward conversion.

Establish clear ownership, dependencies, timelines, and milestones, proactively driving progress between meetings to keep projects on track.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and the EMEA onboarding team, acting as a key connector across internal and external stakeholders.

Represent Hoxhunt in frequent face-to-face customer interactions, building strong enterprise relationships through on-site meetings and and other relationship-building activities.

What success looks like

In your first 3 months you'll: Master the Hoxhunt enterprise onboarding framework, begin leading complex enterprise implementations in APAC, and build deep cross-functional relationships with our Sales, Product, and Support teams.

By month 6 you'll: Autonomously run large-scale rollouts, consistently overcome ambiguity to create structured onboarding plans, and actively shape the way our APAC implementation processes scale.

What makes you thrive here

You have

5 or more years of experience leading complex, large-scale enterprise projects, ideally in SaaS, implementation, professional services, or a similar environment.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills — you are confident navigating senior and executive stakeholders, managing competing agendas, and keeping large, complex projects on track even when priorities shift or key stakeholders disengage.

Strong technical fluency to confidently lead an enterprise SaaS implementation, understanding how integrations, security requirements, and IT environments affect an implementation plan, while knowing that deep technical expertise can be learned on the job.

Proven change management experience, with a strong understanding of internal communication strategy, employee engagement, and organizational change.

The ability to create structure from ambiguity, especially in large organizations where requirements and responsibilities may not initially be clear. APAC processes are still being built, and you will play an active role in shaping them.
