About This Role:

We’re looking for a full-time Project Manager, Atlas to join our Atlas - Sales Operations team reporting to the EVP & GM, Atlas. This role is a remote role based in the USA.

In this role, you'll play a key role in keeping the Atlas Business Unit's workstreams aligned and building in the right order by maintaining one integrated plan, connecting solution roadmaps to delivery capacity, and preparing the business for annual planning, QBRs, and board meetings. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup mindset environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like engineering, sales, strategy, delivery, and finance. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in program management, planning, sequencing, and dependency management, and communicating with senior leaders.

What You'll Do:

Run the plan across Atlas workstreams

Maintain one integrated plan across engineering, sales, strategy, delivery, and finance, with owners, milestones, and dependencies.

Sequence work so the business unit builds in the right order, and flag conflicts and trade-offs to the GM early.

Run the operating cadence for workstream reviews, and track decisions and actions to completion.

Surface problems, own the path forward, and clarify ownership.

Connect solution roadmaps to delivery capacity

Validate engineering roadmaps with delivery capabilities, so new features are matched with training, staffing, and process readiness before they reach customers.

Lead capacity planning cadence for internal operations and external services, including outsourced and nearshore staffing models aligned with pipeline and go-lives.

Support annual and financial planning

Coordinate annual planning for the business unit, pulling each function’s plan into one view.

Work with Finance cadence on headcount planning, costs, and budget tracking against the plan.

Keep the assumptions behind the plan visible, so changes in pipeline, capacity, or roadmap flow through quickly.

Prepare the business for QBRs and board meetings

Plan the QBR and board meeting calendar and timelines, and make sure each owner delivers their inputs on time.

Pull together the right sources, data, and status updates so the people writing the content have complete, current information.

Surface risks, gaps, and decisions needed ahead of each review.

This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business. This role will require occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events.

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of project or program management experience in a technology, SaaS, or managed services environment.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent with some Post-Graduate work (or equivalent experience) and/or 12 years of related experience

PMP certification and strong command of planning, sequencing, dependency management, and risk tracking.

Ability to alternate between tactical execution and strategic planning, and to keep both moving at once.

Experience working across engineering, sales, strategy, delivery, and finance teams, and comfort owning outcomes across teams you do not manage.

Working knowledge of outsourcing and BPO delivery models, including capacity and staffing planning.

Comfort with financial planning, including headcount, budget, and capacity models, and working alongside Finance.

Strong communication skills. You can brief senior leaders, give clear recommendations, and stay composed when priorities collide.
