About Doss

DOSS is building an Operations Cloud for the real world.

A modern, AI-native platform for physical product businesses to manage the flow of goods, dollars, and data in real time, across:

Procurement

Inventory

Orders

Fulfillment

Finance

Built to replace spreadsheet chaos and rigid, consultant-heavy ERPs. Fast time-to-value, adaptable as the business evolves.

Through our Adaptive Resource Platform (ARP) and unified operational data model, teams deploy quickly, automate workflows, and make changes without months of re-implementation.

We recently raised a $55M Series B, co-led by Madrona and Premji Invest. Participation from Intuit Ventures, Theory Ventures, General Catalyst, Contrary Capital, and Pathlight VC.

DOSS is trusted by fast-growing operators to run critical operations with speed, control, and confidence.

Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will support the end-to-end client implementation journey — from business process discovery and solution design through build, UAT, rollout, and hypercare. You will work side-by-side with the US and PH FDS team across the entire project lifecycle.

DOSS is looking for experienced and highly analytical solutions architects and systems engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex client business requirements and functional ERP system build and integrations, focusing heavily on supply chain management and business operations.

This role requires deep expertise in enterprise resource planning software, exceptional data analysis skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and solution architecture.

Track client feedback and work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, support) to resolve problems.

Operational Excellence

Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting for U.S. FDS visibility.

Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of FDS playbooks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Strong preference for those pursuing their Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
