We are looking for a Social Media & Creative Intern to join our B2C Marketing team in Milan. Doctolib operates in dynamic and competitive markets. We contribute to the digitalisation of healthcare systems by improving access to care and simplifying healthcare professionals’ working lives across France, Germany and Italy.

As part of our Italian B2C Marketing team, you will support the development and execution of social media and creative content designed to engage our patient community and raise awareness of Doctolib’s mission. You will contribute to the ideation, production and publication of content across our social media channels, combining creativity, strong storytelling and a genuine interest in healthcare and medical topics.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and international marketing team, experiment with different formats, and help make healthcare topics more accessible, useful and engaging for everyone.

What you’ll do

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the planning and execution of social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant channels

Contributing to the creation and management of the social media content calendar, coordinating timelines, briefs, approvals and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders

Developing creative content ideas based on social media trends, audience insights, Doctolib’s communication priorities and relevant healthcare topics

Supporting the production of visual, video and editorial content, including short-form videos, Reels, Stories, carousels, static posts and other social media formats

Supporting community management by monitoring comments, questions and interactions across social media channels

Participating in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborating with internal teams, agencies and external partners when relevant

Ensuring that all content follows Doctolib’s brand guidelines, internal processes and applicable legal, privacy and healthcare communication requirements

Analysing performance data and external benchmarks to derive insights and propose actions
